We arrived in Big Bear to discover we had no hot water. We called Pride, and they came within a few hours to replace the broken pump and get us back up and running. Very impressed with them, from panicked start to successful finish. Well done Pride, and thank you!

PPS has made inspection of home sewer and water lines. All sewer lines in home up-to front clean out are ads piping. Ran sewer camera and found big crack in pipe with major root intrusion. PPS highly recommends hydro jetting in order to see break more clearly and give options of dig up and repair or lining to repair sewer. All water lines in home are copper and no leaks. Some outdated angle stops but no leaks are viable.
